Among this year’s NAIOP Awards of Excellence are multiple projects of which the Egan team was proud to have worked. We are honored to get to partner with some o f the best in the business! Egan’s scope for the following awarded projects include:
AC Hotel
• AC Hotel – InterClad
• Downtown East – Building Automation
• MacQueen Equipment – Electrical, Technology, Fire Alarm
• OATI – Electrical
• T3 – InterClad
Three Egan projects were nominated for an Award of Excellence from NAIOP Minnesota, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The three projects were:
BAE Technology Center and PrairieCare won the award for those categories. Egan completed electrical services for both projects, and mechanical services for Southdale Medical Center.
