Much of the team’s work was completed by tying-off to the barrier walls of the bridge making it more challenging. // Egan completed this project in the summer of 2019.

- Over a two-year time period, Egan's Southern Minnesota team helped revitalize Winona's Historic Bridge -- a city landmark that originally opened during WWII in 1942.
- Egan provided lighting and controls for this project including all power and communication on the bridge for roadway and aircraft lighting, and navigational beacons.
- Egan installed 150+ aesthetic lights to illuminate the bridge at night, as well as decorative lighting within the plaza area along the river.
