Building Technology Integration
- Two new buildings were constructed for Wells Fargo, operating under the same network.
- The building automation system controls all mechanical systems, network connections, chillers, boilers, and VFD control of fans and pumps.
- Working in a Design/Build role, Egan provided complete design, engineering and installation of the IB network fiber and installation, CISCO routers and switches that meet banking standards, and racks and hardware for connecting to the disparate systems in the building.
- The system includes 1,500 VAV boxes and 70 fan coil units throughout the building.
- The lighting control system and occupancy sensors to control HVAC zones were also integrated onto the network.
