Egan worked on the Chaska, Minnetonka, and Nicollet Mall remodels prior to all of the 2018 remodels.

Minneapolis-based retail powerhouse, Target Corporation, gave top-to-bottom makeovers to over 300 stores across the country, including 28 of its Minnesota stores in 2018.
Egan provided its multi-trade expertise for various store upgrades across the state and into Wisconsin. The team was utilized for electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, and building automation systems.
The team’s scopes varied depending on the store, however, Egan completed work within the following locations: Bemidji, Blaine, Champlin, Forest Lake, Fridley, Lino Lakes, and North St. Paul, as well as Stevens Point and Appleton, Wisconsin.
The electrical and mechanical scope included the addition of liquor stores and Starbuck’s coffee shops, store-wide LED lighting upgrades and enhancements, and cooler/freezer replacements within the grocery department.
Other upgrades included self-checkout lanes, required upgrades to electrical distribution, building automation upgrades, and modifications to the fire alarm and access/intrusion systems.
