- A mass timber building built using traditional construction practices in Minneapolis. The office building was made to look like other buildings in the area.
- The 220,000 square foot, seven-story office building was fitted with 2,000 square feet of curtainwall, 3,000 square feet of storefront, 25,000 square feet of windows, and aluminum framing.
- Sound performance glass on varying elevations was installed due to differing noise levels on all sides of the building.
- Aluminum framing from all scopes of work were fabricated and assembled in the InterClad shop.
