  • Stonebridge Lofts is a 12-story, 165-unit condominium located across from Gold Medal Park, in the historic Mill District of downtown Minneapolis.
  • Working closely with the owner, the InterClad team’s unique construction approach and partnership with manufacturer EFCO Corporation enabled the team to commit to an aggressive move-in deadline.
  • Egan installed roughly 67,000 square feet of EFCO pre-glazed window wall, 6,200 square feet of EFCO curtainwall (InterClad-fabricated) with the use of Viracon Glass throughout.
