- Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minn. is a new 320,000 square foot, 320-room hotel that's part of the Viking Lakes mixed-use development project and includes the Minnesota Vikings headquarters and practice facility, Twin Cities Orthopedic Performance Center.
- Egan's InterClad team enclosed the entire exterior envelope including metal panels and installed all of the interior and exterior glass.
- Interior installation included 315 shower glass enclosures, 300 square feet of interior guardrails, and 1,000 square feet of store front. Exterior installation included 21,000 square feet of Kawneer curtainwall systems, 30,000 square feet of window wall, 45,000 square feet of composite metal panels, 45,000 square feet of corrugated panels, 14,000 square feet of flush seam panels, and 30,000 square feet of GFRC panels.
- Omni Viking Lakes Hotel features American-Nordic comfort and the decor is inspired by the natural elements found in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
- The hotel also includes underground parking, a restaurant, spa, meeting space, fitness center, ballroom, and 35,000 square foot event hall.
