  • Batching controls were provided by Egan’s IntelliBatch® team for a retrofit to an existing Voeller Mixers equipment plant.
  • The team was tasked with automating a complex single mixer three-machine pipe plant.
  • Machines can operate independently while the mixer automatically supplies each machine with product based on their individual demand to maximize consistency and efficiency.
  • Completing this project provided Oldcastle Infrastructure with advanced automation controls customized to their specifications.
