  • M Health Fairview utilized Egan's electrical team to renovate office space at Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn. The remodeled space is located on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota Medical Center.
  • The 9-story renovated space includes new office spaces and state-of-the-art conference rooms for Fairview’s corporate team.
  • The scope of work included installing and supplying all new LED lighting and energy compliant lighting controls. The building also received an all new electrical distribution riser, new HVAC equipment, and new low-voltage systems throughout.
  • To minimize jobsite waste and maintain a rapid installation schedule, the team utilized in-house electrical prefabrication for in-wall and above ceiling rough-ins.
  • M Health Fairview is a healthcare collaboration representing the University of Minnesota, University of Minnesota Physicians, and Fairview Health Services.
