Project completed in December 2021. // There were 5,491 unitized frames set on the project. // The unitized frames contained a total of 9,873 pieces of glass. // It took approximately 300 semi trucks to deliver all the unitized frames to the jobsite.

  • Gateway MXD is a newly constructed 37-story tower in downtown Minneapolis.
  • The mixed-use building is more than 1.2 million square feet and will house RBC Wealth Management offices, the Four Seasons Hotel, and 33 private condos.
  • Egan's InterClad team installed 345,000 square feet Sotawall unitized curtain wall, 35,000 square feet of Kawneer curtain wall, along with Kawneer terrace doors, Kawneer 350T doors, Dawson cladded doors, Boon Edam Revolving doors, Trex glass guardrail and windscreens, and much more.
  • When completed, Gateway MXD will be one of the ten tallest buildings in downtown Minneapolis, located at the landmark corner of Washington and Hennepin Avenues.
