- Egan Company delivered a comprehensive, in-house solution for our new 40,000-square-foot prefabrication facility in Kasson, MN, providing electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and life safety systems, and InterClad services.
- A 2000-amp electrical service was installed to power the facility, including welding stations and equipment, as well as bulk trash and cardboard recycling compactors. Warehouse and parking lot lighting were also added to enhance visibility and safety across the site.
- The building infrastructure was enhanced with low voltage cabling, a fiber network, Starlink integration, and a security system to support long-term scalability.
- The mechanical team implemented a gas system, and fire alarm and life safety systems were integrated to ensure compliance and security.
- The building envelope was upgraded with aluminum-framed glazing for improved energy efficiency.
- Egan’s multi-trade expertise delivered a fully integrated solution that optimized efficiency, safety, and connectivity for the facility’s current and future needs.
