- Coon Rapids Boulevard is an Anoka County Highway Department owned and maintained roadway.
- Redevelopment from east of Egret Boulevard to the East River Road and Coon Rapids Boulevard split was completed over the course of six months.
- Egan’s Electrical team installed two new traffic signal systems and 42 decorative lighting units over the half mile stretch.
- This heavily-traveled road remained open throughout construction; Egan installed temporary traffic signal systems to accommodate the flow of pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
- The team also relocated existing utilities throughout the course of the project.
- Well-known organizations along the boulevard include Mercy Hospital and Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
