- Civic on First Hyatt House is a newly constructed hotel located on the Mayo Clinic campus in Downtown Rochester, Minn.
- Egan's InterClad team installed over 1,000 daylight openings for curtainwall, storefront, and window wall for the exterior enclosure systems.
- The team also installed interior glazing, mirrors, and 150 shower door sliders.
- Egan’s Electrical team provided all electrical lighting and power services throughout the hotel.
- The eight-story, 150,000 square foot building features 175 rooms, a restaurant, bar, patio, and ground-level retail space for guests to enjoy.
- Civic on First Hyatt House is part of Destination Medical Center (DMC), the largest public-private partnership in Minnesota history, and is expected to bring the Rochester community and Mayo Clinic campus closer as well as increase economic development growth in the area.
