  • A new, three-building, 43-acre business park located in Ramsey, Minn. will host industrial and manufacturing businesses.
  • The business park includes (2) 147,000 sq ft buildings and (1) 111,000 sq ft building.
  • The scope of work included wiring each building in its shell state.
  • The project included the installation of a 3,000 amp service for each of the buildings, along with the exterior and parking lot lighting.
  • Additionally, Egan’s Fire/Life Safety team was utilized to install necessary fire alarm wiring and equipment for the buildings.
