- A large clinic and hospital in Mankato, Minn. expanded its hospital capacity with a new wing to accommodate inpatient care.
- As part of the expansion, Egan Company’s Fire Alarm & Life Safety team based in Rochester, Minn. designed, engineered, and installed the fire alarm and mass notification system.
- The project included manual fire alarm pull stations, duct detectors, relay modules, speaker and strobe notification devices, and new fire alarm devices.
- Access control, door holder releases, and notification power supplies were installed throughout the facility.
- Egan also added nurse call interfaces for each hospital room.
