We recognize that we are stronger together, and by creating space for everyone, we open the door for new opportunities, strengths, and growth on an individual, company, and industry-wide level.

Women’s Employee Resource Group

Started in 2024, Egan’s W-E Rise employee resource group (ERG) is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and empowering  women in the construction industry. The group meets regularly to discuss opportunities to provide mentorship, training, support, and professional development for women at Egan. Along with internal initiatives, W-E Rise also remains active in the community, finding volunteer and fundraiser opportunities to support local organizations and groups throughout the Twin Cities area.

Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

Egan remains committed to creating a welcoming environment, both internally as well as within the construction industry. Throughout the year, we participate in events, programs, and groups that share in this vision, including:

  • Women in Construction (WIC) Week
  • Construction Inclusion Week
  • Strategic partnerships with disadvantaged business enterprises, small business enterprises, and non-profits, including Lake Street Works, GoFetsch Mechanical, Castrejon, KW Specialty Services, and more
  • Company outings, employee and customer appreciation events, which help build our internal culture and create a welcoming community for those working at and with Egan
