SPECIALTIES FEATURED WITH THIS PROJECT:
Curtainwall, Interior Finishes
- Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC), located in downtown Minneapolis, was looking to transform the existing Hennepin Avenue Skyway to provide better access conditions to its campus from the parking garage.
- A complete renovation was needed. Egan’s InterClad team performed the demolition and façade modification to the existing curtainwall and glass as well as the installation of a new, custom curtainwall system and digitally printed bird-safe glass.
- Just over 3,000 square feet of curtainwall and 300+ square feet of custom interior glass was installed on this project.
- The bold look of the digitally printed glass provides a dynamic essence with clear glass lines running horizontally through the frit.
