InterClad
- Graves Uptown – a six-story, residential and retail high rise consists of nine luxury condominium units and mixed-use retail space.
- On the first floor, which consists of 1,000 square feet of retail space, Egan’s InterClad team installed 560 square feet of storefront and glass doors, and a steel frame entrance with 282 square feet of sidelites.
- Egan also installed 6,367 square feet of pre-glazed windows, along with terrace doors and sliding doors.
- InterClad's Fabrication Shop prefabricated the storefront and 1,700 square feet of brake metal for the pre-glazed windows.
- The Smart Lift 380 Midi, an intelligent and safe lifting device, was used to install the large windows and operable sliding doors on the upper floor condominium due to their large size.
