Deep roots. Deeper promises.
Hard work, integrity, and innovation — these principles established by the Egan brothers helped transform specialty trades into Minnesota’s largest single-source partner. Now, more than 70 years later, that foundation remains the same as we continue to do more to support the Egan Community, which includes our employees, their families, and the local areas where they reside.
Our Core Values
Stay Safe – Safety first, safety always. Safety remains in the forefront on our jobsites, in our shops, in our offices, and within our communities. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees, families, customers, and partners.
Promote Teamwork – A plan comes to life and a team creates a piece of history. We don’t do this on our own — we begin by working together. With a deep-rooted commitment to working collaboratively, we build trust in an intentional, humble, and open-minded way. With each other, with our customers, with our partners.
Embrace Innovation – From creative problem-solving to project delivery, we are dedicated to forward-thinking. We are consistent in the pursuit of improvement by continuing to raise the bar — striving for innovative ideas and embracing state-of-the-art technologies. Always advancing.
Act with Integrity – We take pride in doing the right thing — every day, on every project, and on every team. Upholding our promises at the highest level. Honesty, fairness, and respect are at the heart of who we are.
Pursue Growth – Our passion for learning drives us to create growth opportunities for each other, our customers, and our partners. We are inspired by the pursuit of knowledge, continuous learning, and seeking to understand how we can build success for all stakeholders.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Egan team [Electrical, Technology Systems, Building Automation, and InterClad] for the fine job they did at Auto Owners Insurance in Lake Elmo, Minn. This project was a team effort and we are glad Egan was on our team!

I would like to acknowledge Tony [Electrical Field Leader], Jeremy [Electrical Field Leader], and Justin [Electrical Journeyman] on the outstanding work they performed on the General Mills JFB Data Center Project. The team was very efficient, hard working, approachable, and displayed expertise. In 32 years at General Mills, I would rate this team as one of the best.

Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with Egan on a project at Pearson’s Candy Company. No matter the situation, the Egan team has made my job a lot easier. I never have to worry about tasks not being completed on time – and sometimes even ahead of schedule. The level of communication on all aspects of this project was first rate. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Egan Company.
