- The Metropolitan Airport Commission commissioned work to build a 7,000 square foot building to allow for new customer service areas for rental car companies, and also provide building enclosure for new elevators and escalators.
- The building is connected to a parking ramp located in Terminal 2 of the airport. Egan's InterClad team provided exterior curtainwall. Sage Electromagnetic glass was used in the upper half of building to allow automatic shading of glass to eliminate glare from the Terminal 2 building across driveway and potential low sun angles.
- Exterior composite panels and steel profile panels were installed on remainder of exterior building and vertical transportation area.
