- The Minnesota State University, Mankato’s University Dining Hall has more than double the space of the former dining center.
- Additional menu options are now provided, and it features five open cooking stations where students can watch their food being prepared.
- Egan Company’s Southern Minnesota team installed LED lighting in the commercial kitchens and facility with new lighting controls for energy efficiency.
- Floor to ceiling windows add natural light – Egan’s InterClad team installed the curtainwall along with the exterior aluminum sunshades
