- The church has existed in its current location for nearly 150 years.
- Egan removed existing low pressure steam boiler, radiant heaters, and piping throughout the current mid-century building.
- The old system was replaced with new high efficiency hot water boilers and all new piping loops to serve all of the hydronic heating. Egan also connected the new system to power.
- The building remained occupied by church staff and small children in the daycare area, so extreme care was necessary during construction.
