- Egan supplied the electrical, fire alarm, and paging systems for various labs and office spaces on the project, which entailed a complete gut and remodel of two buildings—one built in 1903 and the other in 1912.
- The project received OSHA Start Status at its completion – a status which designates the campus as having one of Minnesota's most exemplary worksite safety and health management systems.
