Mechanical // InterClad

  • The Bioscience & Health Careers Center is a two-story, 62,000 square foot building consisting of medical training labs, bioscience and chemistry labs, lecture halls, offices, and mixed-use spaces.
  • Mechanical systems installed included custom air handling unit systems with heat recovery from labs and bathrooms, laboratory air control systems and equipment, fume hood exhaust systems, specialty lab gases, water, and waste piping systems and equipment.
  • The InterClad team installed curtain walls, aluminum entrance doors, glass and glazing, integral louvers, and custom sill radiator covers.
