- This new 42,000 square foot pharmaceutical-grade, medical cannabis manufacturing facility is one of the first of its kind in Minnesota developed for a burgeoning industry.
- Built in just six months, the project required a unique design and nimble project development scheme to complete this full Design/Build scope.
- The project entailed a precast concrete box with five rooms of prefabricated grow lights and 250 tons of water-sourced heat pumps to help control humidity in the building.
