InterClad

  • Moment is a 296,383 square foot, 222-unit apartment tower. The second floor of the 10-story building will be home to Firefighters for Healing (FF4H) and its Transitional Healing Center for burn survivors.
  • The InterClad team’s scope of work included installing all exterior curtainwall systems, 150 terrace doors, interior storefront, and unit shower doors for Moment Apartments.
  • Designed by ESG Architects, the development features 15,300 square feet of commercial space, and skyway access to surrounding buildings.
  • The scope also included glass, frames, and custom fins for the connecting skyway.
