- In this remodel project, Egan worked alongside Benike Construction to fully renovate the original 1916 Chatfield School into Chatfield Center for the Arts.
- In the first phase of the project, the auditorium was remodeled (which was attached to the school in 1936). The original architecture and plaster finishes were left in-tact which posed a complex installation of new LED lighting, panelboards, and low voltage systems. This phase also included installation of parking lot lighting and other site lighting.
- In its second phase, the scope of work included installation of the electrical, fire alarm, security, and low voltage systems within the two-story historic building. This included site, decorative and theatrical lighting, panelboards, speakers, audio/visual/data, and food truck receptacles.
